Applicable law and disputes

Belgian law applies to these websites and to this notice. Disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Adure's registered seat, being at the date of this notice the Enterprise Court of Ghent, Ghent division.

Consumers may also submit a dispute through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service, North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels.
