The Order list header gives you a quick summary of the week: total ingredients, items to order, products below minimum stock, and items out of stock.

The middle section of the Order list displays all meal-planned ingredients for the current week, including their calculated need, current stock levels, and order status.

The bottom section highlights general products that have dropped below their minimum stock threshold, flagged for reordering.

Each row shows the calculated weekly need, current stock across all locations, the defined minimum stock level, and the recommended order quantity (weekly need + minimum stock buffer).

Click Trace on any product to open a detailed breakdown showing how the quantity was calculated — including per meal group, number of children, portion sizes, and daily allocations.

Use the Show alerts only button in the top right to filter the list and display only products that require attention — hiding anything that is sufficiently in stock.
